At Superbubs Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy outlines the procedures for returning products, requesting refunds, and exchanging items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase due to a faulty or damaged product, or if the product is not as described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via email at hello@superbubs.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or was sent in error. 

In the unlikely event that a product is sent faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a full refund (this does not include items damaged by the shipping company). If you're eligible for a refund, we'll issue the full amount paid, minus any shipping costs, via the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

However, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. All sales are final, and we encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order. Additionally, personalised items are also non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are tailored specifically to your request.

Exchanges are only available for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. To initiate an exchange, contact us via email at hello@superbubs.com.au with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll provide a shipping label for the exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
