Yes, we'd love to help bring your idea to life. We'll work closely with you to create a design that suits your vision.

Once you have requested a custom made item you will be required to pay a 50% deposit. We will then email you a design proof for approval. You're welcome to make as many changes as needed to ensure it fits your vision. Design proofs will only be sent once the deposit is paid.

Once the proof is approved, production begins. If changes are needed after approval, a new fee may apply.

We do not offer refunds on personalised or custom-made items. Please read our refund policy for further clarification.

We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping companies. However, you can purchase shipping insurance for added protection. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

For custom designs, a 50% deposit is required to start work, with the balance due upon completion. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if changes are made or if you cancel after production begins.
